The invention relates to mechanical engineering, in particular to motor variators for drives provided with automatic and/or positive control. The inventive disc-type planetary variator comprises external friction discs, which are fastened to a body, and internal central friction discs which a mounted on an input shaft and are engageable with intermediate conical friction discs-satellites, which are rotatably fixed to swivel levers fastened to a rotating carrier. The opposite ends of the levers are provided with pushing rollers rolling along the working surfaces of the shaped openings of a control link connected to the output shaft of the variator. The swivel levers are spring-loaded with respect to the carrier in such a way that the satellites tend to the center of the variator by action of springs, thereby reducing a transmission ratio and are connected to a bushing which is displaceable along the axis of the variator without rotating thereabout by means of mechanical links which convert the rotation of the swivel levers into the axial displacement of the bushing. The bushing is actuated by a linkage assembly coupled to the drive control thereof. Said invention makes it possible to extend the field of application of the variator. |
