摘要 <p>The detector is for transverse tomography X-ray apparatus. It includes a vacuum enclosure (2) having a transparent window which admits the radiation. A scintillator-photocathode unit (4, 5) which is placed opposite the window; and a slab of semiconductor material (11) forms a target for the photoselectrons emitted by the photocathode. Several groups of diodes in a linear array w.r.t. the target collect the carriers created by the impact of the electrons emitted by the photocathode; and several conductors (13) each of which connect a diode array to an electronic signal treatment stage (15). A collimator is placed in the X-ray path in front of the scintillator material. This collimator has slits which separate the beam of rays received into elementary beams corresponding to each diode array.</p>
