FABRIC COLOR RESTORATION COMPOSITION, ARTICLE, AND METHOD

The present invention relates to a stable, preferably well dispersed, mor e preferably translucent, and even more preferably clear, aqueous fabric col or-restoring composition, fabric color-restoring methods, and articles of ma nufacture that use such fabric color-restoring composition. The fabric color -restoring composition comprises an effective amount of a silicone polymer f abric color-restoring agent, typically the minimum levels of fabric color- r estoring agent included in the composition are at least about 1.75%, prefera bly at least about 2.0%, more preferably at least about 2.5%, even more pref erably at least about 3.0% and typically maximum levels of fabric color-rest oring agent are less than about 10.0%, preferably less than about 7.0%, part icularly in the range of about 3.0% to about 6.0%; and optionally, but prefe rably, an effective amount to increase the coefficient of static friction, o f a static friction- increasing agent.
