The plant nutrient container has flat surfaces, and is enclosed, with the top (5) and bottom (7) made of soft, flexible material which is impervious to light. In the top (5) are holes for inserting the plants and nutrient liquid. The top (5) is enclosed by a raised, rim (4) sealed against the wise (1), which provides a collector trough for the nutrient liquid. The container is filled wit a medium (3) for growth promotion. The sides are made of plastic sheeting with some of the edges reinforced. The base (7) consists of a rigid sheet of material inserted. The top (5) has slits of at least eight millimetres in length. Part of the slides have slits (9) at a height of between a tenth and a quarter of the total heigh of the container. |
