<p>The design concerns a spring suspension assembly mainly for piping, where compensating movement of the suspension is needed. The assembly features an improved compensating characteristic with stable behaviour. The assembly consists of housing (2) containing load-carrying part (3) fitted with main spring (4) which takes up the load and rests against a support attached to lateral bearers (7) by bolts (6). The upper part of the main spring (4) is supporting lateral bearer (8), to which the load-carrying element (9) is attached. The lateral bearer (8) carries also head element (12) with cams (13, 14) fitted to its sides. The cams work together with rollers of toggle levers (25, 26) hinged on fulcrums (27, 28). To the other ends of the toggle levers draw rods (23, 24) are attached with their bottom ends having discs (21, 22) supporting springs (19) of auxiliary spring assemblies (15, 16).</p> |
