<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve usability for a skilled user without damaging the usability for a user unskilled in operation. <P>SOLUTION: When a user skill level is decided to be higher than a predetermined level in a skill level decision section 6, the skill level decision section 6 and a control section 3 generate a shortcut request item for directly shifting from a state of displaying a first screen (for example, a top screen) to a state of displaying a second screen (for example, a screen displayed after main illumination is turned on), so as to be included in the first screen. Accordingly, when the user skill level is high, from the next time, by performing an input operation in regard to the shortcut request item in the state that the first screen is being displayed, the state of displaying the first screen is shifted directly to the state of displaying the second screen, without passing a state in which a screen other than the first and the second screens are displayed.
