PURPOSE:To contrive a simplified and safe control of operation by controlling running of a moving vehicle being based on two factors of a recognition result of the outside and a operation of a driver in the moving vehicle while changing a degree of these two factors in accordance with a quantitatively measured degree of hazard and an adjusting direction thereof. CONSTITUTION:For controlling running of a moving vehicle, first its outside is recognized by a means A. Next being based on either a recognition result by the means A or operation of a driver, the running of the moving vehicle is controlled by a means B. While being based on the recognition result by the means A, a predetermined degree of hazard is quantitatively measured by a means C. Further an adjustment direction of the quantitatively measured degree of hazard is discriminated by a means D. In accordance with the quantitatively measure degree of hazard and the discriminated adjustment direction, a degree of correlation between the recognition result by the means A in the running control by the means B and the operation by the driver is changed by a means E. In this way, a simplified and safe control of operation is automatically performed. |
