PURPOSE:To make the wide adaptation to serum of every kind possible by incorporating hydroxypropyl cellulose, triphenyl phosphate or tricresyl phosphate as an additive. CONSTITUTION:This support composed of a microporous polymer film is modified by containing hydroxypropyl cellulose, triphenyl phosphate or tricresyl phosphate in said film as additive. By this method, in electrophoretic analysis wherein serum protein is separated into five fractions, the generation of an excessive peak due to the sixth fraction and the generation of the non-alignment of the peak intervals between separated proteins are prevented. |
