<p>The airship has a lifting body (1) that is filled with carrier gas, within or outside of which a gastight and pressure resistant compressed gas containers (2.1,2.2) are provided, which is directly or indirectly connected with compressors (5.1,5.2) for filling the compressed gas container with a ballast gas and for compressing the ballast gas in the compressed gas container.
