Heat pump comprises a first circulation (10) for a coolant and a second circulation for the coolant. The first circulation has a first evaporator (14), a condenser (18), a tension releasing unit (16) and drive units (11, 12) for the coolant. The second circulation has a second evaporator (26) connected to a branched site (22) behind the condenser. An independent claim is also included for a cooling and/or heating method with the above heat pump. Preferred Features: The drive units comprise a pump for suctioning liquid coolant from the condenser and feeding it to the evaporator. The branched site is arranged between the condenser and the pump. A connecting site (28) is arranged between the first evaporator and the tension releasing unit.
