PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sperm collection apparatus comprising a plastic container, a core member made of a gel-like resin and housed and sealed within the plastic container by a cap and a lotion container which reduces troubles of lotion filling operation to the minimum and prevents the lotion from adhering to the hands. SOLUTION: The sperm collection apparatus comprises the core member 10 made of a gel-like resin and a lotion bag 50. The core member is housed within the container body 3 and has an insertion space 12 extending inward from the insertion port 11 formed on one end face. The lotion bag has a bag body 51 for containing lotion injected into the insertion space of the core member, a tab 52 formed on one end of the bag body, and an easy-breakable part 53 formed on an appropriate position of the bag body and being easily broken. An extraction hole 5A for passing through the tab is formed on the top face of the cap. When the bag body is received in the insertion space of the core member, the tab projected outward from the insertion port is pulled outward via and held by the extraction hole of the cap attached to an open part of the container body.
