A method for detecting missing nozzle and inkjet print head using the same is provided to detect exactly a missing nozzle by measuring the temperature of each of nozzles and prevent unnecessary printing action. A method for detecting missing nozzle and inkjet print head using comprises a step of detecting the temperature of a plurality of chambers(21a); and a step of determining a nozzle(31) conforming to the chambers as a missing nozzle. The temperature of the chamber is detected by the thin film thermocouple deposited next to a plurality of chambers. The specific temperature ranges from 40~80°C. In case a heater is turned ON, the temperature of the chambers is detected.
