<p>A hitch for connecting a disabled motor vehicle to a tow truck having a central winch and an elevated rear pulley comprises lever means fulcrumed on a spacer strut projecting rearwardly from the truck, with the power arm of the lever means connected to a line from the winch trained over the pulley and its work arm coupled to an end portion of the vehicle so that operation of the winch swings the lever means about the fulcrum to lift the work arm and the coupled end of the vehicle.</p> |
