FIELD: technological processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of optical fiber processing. Method for imparting previously specified rotation to optical fiber comprises the following stages: displacement of optical fiber in previously specified direction, imparting rotation of optical fiber around its axis at the stage of displacement under action of friction force that affects optical fiber; and measurement of parametre related to executed rotation at the stage of optical fiber displacement, moreover, at the stage of optical fiber displacement it includes additionally a stage of mentioned friction force regulation execution in response to measured parametre, so that to achieve previously specified rotation, and stage of friction force regulation includes stages of comparison of measured parametre with previously specified value related to previously specified rotation, and regulation of friction force in response to mentioned comparison. Also device and systems of rotation are described, which act at optical fiber under action of friction force regulated from the outside and especially suitable for use in method and system according to the present invention. ^ EFFECT: higher accuracy of tuning. ^ 16 cl, 7 dwg |
