FIELD: process engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to separation and classification of solid loose or lumpy materials to sizes. It may be used in various industries, in particular, for grading diamonds and crystals to sizes. Proposed device comprises round vibrating bin wherein initial material is fed via spiral chute into bin top section. Further, initial material fractions follow each other in ring-shaped chute arranged on bin outer wall to be discharged therefrom. Ring-shaped chute bottom is inclined toward bin sidewall and tapered along material path for sorting purposes. Intake containers are arranged behind said ring-shaped chute to receives classified fractions. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency, simplified design. ^ 4 dwg |
