FIELD: metallurgy. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to manufacturing of castable heat-resistant corrosion-resistant alloys on the basis of nickel, provided for casting of monocrystalline turbine blades of gas-turbine engines of directional crystallisation, and can be used in terrestrial gas-turbine engines, aircraft gas-turbine engines and gas-pumping installations, operating in conditions of long-term thermal effect in corrosive medium, for instance, with usage natural gas in the capacity of fuel, containing sulphur compound. Alloy contains components in a following ratio, wt %: carbon 0.04-0.06; chrome 11.2-11.8; cobalt 4.5-5.5; tungsten 6.7-7.3; molybdenum 0.6-1.0; titanium 4.3-4.7; aluminium 3.2-4.0; tantalum 3.7-4.3; boron 0.008-0.012; yttrium 0.020-0.040; lanthanum 0.005-0.015; silicon 0.1-0.3; niobium 0.02-0.2; zirconium 0.02-0.1, nickel - the rest. ^ EFFECT: it is increased workability of gas-turbine engine working blades, operating in conditions of long-term thermal effect in corrosive mediums. ^ 2 cl, 2 tbl |
