METHOD FOR JOINING NEW DEVICE IN WIRELESS SENSOR NETWORK

A new apparatus participant method in wireless sensor network for preventing the connection of network is provided to reduce traffic centered into a confidence center and improve the efficiency of network. If a new apparatus tries to join set up network(302), the apparatus secures a channel by receiving and transmitting a beacon message from and to a router. A connection request message is transmitted through the channel. The router notifies the apparatus about connection of the apparatus by transmitting an ACK message. The apparatus performs authentication, link key production, and network key distribution(303).
