A prefabricated panel for a toilet partition is provided to cut off the deformation element caused by water contact on the bottom of a partition for a toilet originally and certainly, and to strengthen the bearing force of the bottom of a partition and the bonding strength of other components. A prefabricated panel(A) for a toilet partition is formed by installing a core board(100) having the appointed thickness on the inside, and attaching an exterior film layer(200) and a protective layer(300) on the outside, wherein an auxiliary panel for reinforcement having strong bearing force and having no degeneration by frequent water contacts is coupled to the cut part formed by cutting out a portion of the bottom of the core board, the auxiliary panel for reinforcement is provided with a rectangular frame having four side borders of the appointed thickness by bending or extruding aluminum which is not corroded by the water contact and has tensile strength, and couplers are formed on the top of the rectangular frame and the bottom of the core board to couple with each other.
