FIELD: physics, measuring. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention concerns the measuring technics and can be used for the control of the grooves made in products, including trapezoid grooves of type "dovetail". Essence: the device contains the case with the basing block and the measuring block including spring-actuated cores with conical or V-shaped extremities and measuring devices, the interactions erected with possibility. The basing block of the measuring device is executed in a view of the spring-actuated core with V-shaped extremity and the contact rollers symmetrised on the case spring-actuated cores. Contact devices are erected on elastic plates. The axis of the spring-actuated core of the basing block is disposed in one plane with axes of the spring-actuated cores of the measuring block. ^ EFFECT: accuracy and stability of measurings at the expense of partitioning of clamping efforts of the springs guided in one case on springing of it to lateral faces of controllable groove by means of basing rollers, in other case - on contact to them measuring devices (blobs). ^ 7 cl, 3 dwg |
