<p>PURPOSE:To recover Cu perfectly and to decrease Cu ion in waste liquid after the treatment to trace amount by the process, in which pH of ammonium persulfate etching waste liquid is made more than specified value, and the liquid is heated to decompose contained complex compound and to form Cu ion, and is cooled to precipitate the ion.</p> |
