The fastening consists of two pieces, one shaped in a crescent (2) comprising two flanks (8a) joined by a groove (9) and the other shaped similar to a truncated triangle comprising a body (3) to which two flanks (4) are soldered. The first piece is passed through the eye of a hook (11) and the second piece is fitted on. An iron plate (13) is curved into an arch and fitted into the groove of the first piece being positioned in slots (15) provided in the body of the second piece. The cable (10) is then passed around the fastening and secured by a coupling. The cable tension prevents the two pieces from separating and the iron arch prevents any lateral movement.
