Lamp with ventilated casing - has tubular square shade with countersunk top cover and ribbed cylindrical mouthpiece at bottom

The lamp has a tubular square prismatic shade (1) and rounded lengthwise edges. The top of the shade is closed by a countersunk cover (3) with a number of parallel grooves in the base. At the lower end of the shade is a concentric cylindrical mouthpiece (9), ribbed in the lengthwise direction, and forming part of a lower closing plate. The mouthpiece focusses the light beams, and it and the top cover have a number of adjusting ribs pressing against the inside of the shade, and running in the lengthwise direction.
