Each prefabricated concrete section forming the ceiling consists of a self-supporting girder (1) as long (e) as the span between walls plus the support length. A continuous hollow (2) is parallel to its lengthwise axis. The two lengthwise sides (5) of each girder (1) converge from the bottom (4) towards the top (3) forming a joint (6) between two adjacent girders to be filled with concrete. On each of the two lengthwise sides (5) of each girder is at least one duct (7) extending in the direction of its lengthwise axis. The girder has a trapezoid cross section.
