<p>The counting and grading device is for coins of various denominations. The device has a receptacle for ungraded coins withs a bottom in the form of e.g. a centrifugal disc with an adjacent guiding channel transporting the coins individually to a counter by pressure on their top sides deriving from endless transport belts. Coins are moved from the counter to holes in the bottom corresponding to the size of the coin. The guiding channel (11) has a through reference edge (18) for all coins. Sprung levers (25, 28) are provided at least in the area of the counter (9) which contactlessly scans the coins. The levers press the coins mechanically to this reference edge.</p> |
