The anular section is intended for a waveguide transmitting electromagnetic waves in the H10 oscillation mould. It consists of two waveguide sections of rectangular cross section whose walls, parallel to the angular plane, form mutual transitions. The two waveguide sections (I, II) form an angle between 60 to 75 deg. at the intersection point of their inner curved waveguide walls (1, 1'). The outer curved walls (2, 2') of the two waveguide sections are mounted at such angles at their inlets into the angular region that the angle enclosed by the two angularly bent walls (5, 5') is double the value of the angle between the two sections. Preferably the angle between the two sections is 66 deg..
