摘要 <p>An article comprising an Al alloy core and an outer cladding layer, which is bonded to one or each side of the core and is made of an alloy of compsn. (by wt) 7-14% Si, 0.2-2% Mg, 0.05-3% Pb, 0.6% Fe, 0.3% Mn, 0.15% incidental impurities, balance Al is used as a brazing composite in the vacuum brazing of All alloy components. The use of Pb instead of increasing the Mg content, to allow brazing under variations of pressure in commercial operations and at vacuums of 10-4 or even 10-3 torr, avoids the problems of Mg distillation and cladding problems, gives enhanced brazing properties and improves the properties of annealing brazing composites.</p>
