The present invention relates to a system and a method for managing a pet by a pet-suit, comprising: a pet-suit which is put on a pet to check its pulse and temperature and generates a sensing signal; a local server which understands the state of a pet by learning from the sensing signal transmitted from a pet-suit and generates a control signal; and a control object which is controlled by a control signal. According to the present invention, by accurately understanding the state of a pet from leaning, it is possible to provide a pet with an optimum environment; therefore, the following effects can be anticipated.
