The present invention relates to a filtering apparatus for ventilation facilities of apartment houses, which can ventilate an indoor area by filtering external air and providing fresh air to the indoor area. The filtering apparatus for ventilation facilities of apartment houses comprises: a pretreating filter which primarily processes impurities included in air; an intermediate filter which is disposed downstream of the pretreating filter, and is composed of filter paper formed in a corrugated form to process harmful material and fine dust included in the air; a shape maintenance member which includes a plurality of saw tooth portions so that the saw tooth portions are inserted into valleys in a direction perpendicular to peaks formed on corrugated portions of the intermediate filter; and a posttreating filter which is disposed downstream of the intermediate filter and processes bad smells included in the air. Accordingly, not only harmful material or contamination dust but also bad smells included in air can be eliminated, the saw tooth portions provided in the shape maintenance member are inserted into the valleys formed on the corrugated portions of the filter paper and thus can securely maintain the corrugated form of the filter paper, and a process of manufacturing the intermediate filter can be simplified. |
