摘要

PURPOSE:To remove the unnecessary oscillations other than the main oscillation by turning the electrode for oscillation excitation, and thus to obtain a piezoelectric seramic filter which can be used in a high frequency without deteriorating the mechanical strength in spite of a thin depth of the piezoelectric ceramic thin plate.
