The invention relates to a sensor device (1) which has at least one housing part (2), a sensor element (5) comprising electric contact elements (9) and connection lines (8) comprising connecting elements (18) for external contacting, said lines being electrically connected to the contact elements (9), in addition to a sealing material (30). The housing part (2) has a receiving space (6) which has an opening (16) and is formed by a base (35) and a continuous side wall (31 - 34). The sensor element (5) is inserted in the receiving space (6) and the receiving space (6) is filled with the sealing material (30), said sealing material at least partially covering the connection lines (8). Some sections of the connection lines (8) are encased by a support part (7) and the support part (7) is inserted into a support part receiving contour (17) of the housing part (2) and secured therein, the connecting elements (18) running out of the housing part (2) to the exterior. According to the invention, the connecting elements (18) run through at least one cavity (11) in the continuous side wall (31 - 34) of the housing part (2) to the exterior, and the support part (7) that is inserted into the support part receiving contour (17) seals the at least one cavity (11). The support part and the corresponding accommodation of said part in the housing form a profiled seal which prevents the infiltration of contaminants. |
