Provided in the present invention is a method for manufacturing a high-strength carbon fiber composite material, which enables to expand the fiber width and to improve the uniformity, by heating and pressurizing a fiber before winding a carbon fiber after providing the carbon fiber with a sizing agent. The manufacturing method of a high-strength carbon fiber composite material comprises the steps of: inducing the expansion of the fiber width by pressurizing and being in contact with a heating plate; and inducing the uniformity of the fiber thickness.
