The present invention relates to beer having oxidation-reduction potential in a range of -299 mV or more and -61 mV or less. A manufacturing method of the beer according to the present invention comprises a step of conducting a reaction between beer having a positive value of oxidation-reduction potential and a magnesium metal-based material. The magnesium metal-based material and the beer react with each other for at least two minutes. The beer manufactured according to the present invention has greater reducing power, thereby providing beneficial effects to human bodies. |
