METHOD OF MANUFACTURING BORON NITRIDE AGGLOMERATE POWDER

The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a boron nitride agglomerated powder. The manufacturing method of a boron nitride agglomerated powder comprises the following steps of: (a) manufacturing a reaction intermediate by conducting a reaction of reactants including boric acid and urea at 10-350°C; (b) manufacturing an amorphous boron nitride powder by primarily heat treating the manufactured reaction intermediate; (c) removing carbon residues by secondarily heat treating the manufactured amorphous boron nitride powder at 10-700°C, and agglomerating the amorphous boron nitride powder; and (d) manufacturing a boron nitride agglomerating powder having a hexagonal system by tertiarily heat treating the agglomerated amorphous boron nitride powder.
