<p>The compact camera has a single action slider which operates the film wind, resets the shutter, indexes the flash cube etc. It is formed by part of the housing (120) slid aside to unlock the controls and uncover the lens. The slider is held in the open position by a spring, and is locked in the closed position by a catch. With the shutter release as a press tab, the camera can be used with gloves or mits. The user simply presses the slider release tab to open the camera, and presses in the slider after each exposure.</p> |
