PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing label that facilitates adjustment of internal pressure during heating treatment, a packaging material and a package using the same.SOLUTION: An opening 3a is formed in a lid body 3 for closing an upper opening 2a of a container body 2, and a sealing label 4 is stuck on the lid body 3 to hermetically seal the opening 3a. The sealing label 4 includes a base material layer 8 which has an adhesive layer 7 formed on a back side, and at least a shrink film 5 which is stuck on the adhesive layer 7 of the base material layer 8 via a release layer 6 and which serves as a deformation layer deformed by heating.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
