<p>Appts. for stirring, mixing and kneading pastry materials, partic. for the conditioning and molassing of fattening fodder in a mixing chamber, uses revolving paddles for the mixing with liquid, steam or treacle-like substances. The horizontal mixing chamber includes two parallel mixer shafts with paddles which have a centre distance equal to the distance of the shaft centre to the nearest wall. Arrangement ensures that the paddles mix the material intensively in the centre, partic. when the shafts are contrarotating. More moisture can be introduced with the charge without inducing a smear effect.</p> |
