The cup-shaped coupling support (3) is positioned on the part of the chassis (1) facing the tractor. The support holds a drive shaft (5) which is joined by means of a Cardan shaft (6) with the end of the tractor's power take-off and moves on a ball and socket joint (4). The support also holds an axially movable coupling sleeve (19) on the drive shaft (5). The part of the chassis (2) on the side of the implement contains a similar coupling support (10) which takes, by means of a ball and socket joint (11), the drive shaft (12) which is joined by means of a Cardan shaft (14) with the implement's drive mechanism. Fixed to the drive shaft (12) is the other half of the coupling (13).
