The disinfectant prodn. method is to facilitate the cleaning and disinfecting of surfaces, esp. floors and walls of hospitals. A stipulated amount of water is added to a certain amount of the disinfectant to form a disinfectant solution of known power. Pulses are obtained from the level of the water to be used in the solution. These pulses release the correct amount of disinfectant which is then led to the water. The water level can be ascertained by measuring the electrical resistance. The pulses are fed to an electronic evaluating and control unit. The dosing appts. (1) can comprise a storage container (2) and a mixing vessel (3).
