<p>The corn bin of a haversting machine includes a driven worm conveyor mounted near its bottom. The conveying worm transports the cam to a discharge worm, which consists of a first section which is hinged to a second worm section to form one driven unit. The first worm section pivots about an axis from a rest position, in which the second worm unit is positioned horizontally in the direction of drive in a working position, in which the second worm section is projecting outwards and upwards across the direction of drive. The pivoting axis of the discharge worm (12) is formed by a section of two inclined planes, projecting through delivery part of the worm conveyor (11).</p> |
