FIELD: disintegrators and devices for crushing.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ball mill, in particular, to its drive system and method of operation of ball mill. Mill drive system comprises switching element and control evaluation unit, for recognition sticking in drum ball mill and control switching element depending on recognition of sticking. Drive system is actuated by electric motor with wound rotor while motor is characterised by family of characteristic curves, map its torque with the parameter D and having at least two different characteristic curves. Operating method of ball mill, containing above drive system, consists in fact that drum ball mill is brought into movement from idle state with first characteristic curve and in case of sticking of drum mill is turned so that adhesion is in inclined position, at same time by actuation of switching element motor is switched to second characteristic curve.EFFECT: drive system and operating method of ball mill with such drive system to prevent sticking in drum mill.8 cl, 5 dwg |
