The gas burner has a row of burner nozzles arranged at intervals on a burner tube. Both tube ends are closed and this tube is connected to gas supply pipes. The flame generated is stable against wind and can be fired with liquefied gas. The burner tube (1) is arranged between two parallel longitudinal walls (6, 7) connected at the ends. Between the burner tube (1) and each longitudinal wall (6, 7) is provided an inlet slot for the combustion air. The longitudinal walls can be formed parlty as a wall of channels (12, 13) fitted into the flow path of the gas to burner tube (1). |
