PURPOSE:To provide the subject food enabling to hold the shape-retainability and elasticity thereof and having good preservability and a low calorie by containing surface as a sweetener in a specific amount. CONSTITUTION:The objective food contains sorbose as a part or all of the sweetener thereof in an amount of 10 to 90 pts.wt. per 100 pts.wt. of the dry weight of the food. |
