PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for refraction treatment for presbyopia.SOLUTION: The peripheral region of the pupil is treated by a method except a method for a central region of the pupil, and concurrently with that spherical aberration in the central part of the pupil is induced for treatment for presbyopia of a patient's eye. For example, the peripheral region of the pupil can be kept in an untreated state, or higher-order aberration can be controlled, and/or a second area of the spherical aberration can be provided with different focus forces.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
