<p>The one-piece plastic sealing stopper has a body which can be used for reclosing the bottle etc. with a grip ring bearing against the neck and an interior tube fitting inside it. It also has an external securing and sealing skirt (11), with a continuous portion below the grip ring. This is extended upwards by lugs (13, 14) fitting in the recesses between the knurled portions (7) of the ring, and joined to the top face (5) of the stopper by easily broken connecting portions, each between two adjacent knurled portions. There may be a tear-open lug at the underside of the skirt, extended into the skirt itself by a weakened line.</p> |
