The safety belt anchorage is for buckles or slide rings, having a screwed spindle (1) for fixing to an upright on the vehicle. It has a head (2) with recesses in it in which there engage locking devices for a belt anchoring plate. The plate is released manually by pulling or pressing in a direction normal to the spindle. The spindle head can have a hole accommodating a clevis pin with a pivoting ring engaging and locking in a recess at the pin end. There can be peripheral groove accommodating a blade with a pivoting spring locking into engagement.
