Disclosed are an NSRM policy providing system, a mobile communication terminal, and an NSRM policy receiving method therefor, and a policy providing server, and an NSRM policy providing method therefor. The NSRM policy providing system according to the present invention includes: a mobile communication terminal for determining the type of an application which attempts to access a network in an idle state, and counting and accumulating the number of times of access attempts for the determined respective applications; and a policy providing server for receiving the information on the count accumulated during a set period from the mobile communication terminal, extracting priority information of an application corresponding to the mobile communication terminal on the basis of the received count information, and providing a network socket request manager (NSRM) policy to the mobile communication terminal on the basis of the extracted priority information. The present invention can provide an NSRM policy to an application frequently used according to a use frequency of applications, thereby reducing a burden of a network, and efficiently providing an NSRM policy. |
