Reinforced or lightweight concrete building elements - with surface layer of wood or plastic giving the appearance of natural materials

Building element is made of a cast and hardenable mass, and with >=1 visible or outer surface which at least partly resembles a natural building material. the element may consist of a load bearing member, suitably reinforced, or a surface element not carrying stress, the pref. elements being (curved) beams, wall panels, or roof tiles. The composite or laminated materials pref. consist of lightweight concrete covered with materials or plastic foil to give the appearance of (a) wood; (b) natural stone or clinker walls; (c) reed, grass or thatched roofs; (d) shingle. A layer of thermal insulation may be included in the elements. A range of prefabricated building elements is made with the attractive appearance of old-fashioned materials, at low cost. The elements can be used for inexpensive renovation or to build a framework house.
