The pump has two cylinders working in counter-stroke for the delivery of concrete or similar material fed to it via a filling hopper. Inside the hopper is a swivel pipe, one end of which is connected to the delivery conduit via a pipe rotary union. The swivel pipe is arranged in a bearing around an axis parallel to that of the pump cylinder in such a way that its other end connects in succession with the openings of the cylinder flanged to the lower side of the back wall of the hopper. A draw line (25) is connected on the one side to the swivel pipe (4) and on the other side to the pump housing (3), with which the pump cylinder is rigidly connected.
