PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of suppressing a control packet between communication apparatuses to effectively utilize a communication band of radio communication.SOLUTION: A transit administration system includes: a plurality of transport vehicles 31 to 37 that travel on a conveyance path 1 connected with a work area 2 to convey a transport object, a resident vehicle 21 that resides in the work area 2; a control system 3 for managing the transport vehicles 31 to 37 and the resident vehicle 21; and a radio relay station 13 for relaying radio communication performed among the transport vehicles 31 to 37 or the resident vehicle 21, and control system 3. The radio relay station 13 is mounted on the resident vehicle 21 and the transport vehicles 33 to 35 that access the radio relay station 13 are determined based on vehicle body information thereof.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
