PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and method for stacking a laminate food on another laminate food without destroying the shape.SOLUTION: A laminate food stacking device includes a transport conveyor and a transfer device. The transfer device includes a frame, an advance/retreat mechanism, a holding jig, a slide plate, a belt, and a belt holding jig. The transfer device can scoop up a laminated food by advancing the slide plate, and paying out the lower surface side of the belt to the upper surface side of the slide plate, and stack the laminated food on a subsequent laminated food by moving a slide body which scoops up the laminated food to above the subsequent laminated food, retreating the slide plate in the position, and pulling the upper surface side of the belt back to the lower side of the slide plate. A laminate food stacking method can perform scooping-up and stacking a laminated food both by stopping and not stopping transport with a transport conveyor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
